ATTENDING: At approximately 7:30 am (no earlier) we hand out numbers for entry (do not start a sign up list, as we will not honor it). When the sale starts at 9:00am, those with numbers will be allowed in by number order. We allow in 10-15 people at a time to protect our client's home and belongings. We will do our best to admit shoppers as quickly as possible. While you're waiting, refreshments will be on hand (homemade by Lydia!). Please bring packing materials and patience. Once in the home, everything will be priced at current market value; our staff will be positioned throughout the house to assist and answer questions. Porters will be on hand to move large purchases to your car or help arrange delivery.

PARKING: On site parking is available. Do not park on the street. Follow signs to parking area.
